Normally I dream in full color, and if you've been reading my journal you know that my dreams are also very vivid and detailed, and contain things like flying tricycles and talking wolves and living talismans.

Sadly, I haven't been dreaming much lately, and it makes me sad. I had a bit of a dream last night, but all I remember are the pills. Now, it is um...that time of the month again, so that might be why I was dreaming of Ibuprofen. It went something like this:

I went to the kitchen to get some Ibuprofen. I tapped out a couple onto my palm and popped them in my mouth, whereupon I realized I had gotten three instead of two. Not that unusual, but I never go above two. Oh well. Then, I took a swig from my cup, and realized there were only a few drops of water left, not enough to swallow a single pill, let alone three. I can't dry-swallow pills, either. The sink was gone, there was no liquid anywhere. I was trapped! I'd forgotten how to swallow! So I wandered around the house (which was suddenly not my house) with these three pills in my mouth, slowly melting and getting that painkiller bitterness all over my tongue. I thought maybe I would be able to swallow them if I broke them up, so CRUNCH CRUNCH CRUNCH I chewed them into little pieces and omg ew. Just ew. And I still couldn't swallow them. I couldn't spit them out either, because my subconscious hates me on occasion.

Then Keels came into the room and asked what I was doing, and I mumbled something about trying to swallow the pills, and she pointed to the sink and said, "Why don't you just get some water?"

So I did, and all was good. Then I woke up and had to pee. The end.

Got it from Az.

Love! Comment here with your name and I'll tell you something I adore (or at least mildly like) about you. Afterwards, copy and paste this into your own journal.
