Okay. So today was the second day that Keels and I did that Pilates video. I know that it's not possible, but my hips feel smaller already. Totally wishful thinking. But I actually kind of like the tape. Never mind the fact that somewhere around the middle of the workout I start screaming at the disturbingly cute and perky instructor ("Okay, guys, keep it long! This feels good! Yeah! You look GREAT!" Die, bitch.). Never mind the fact that sweat drips off my EARS and onto my shoulders. Never mind the fact that my level of gross sliminess by the end of the workout rivals the mucus pods that live on the seashore in Alaska. By the time I'm done with the exercise, and have showered, I feel like I'm almost...fit. Someday, I'm sure I'll be able to do it all the way through without stopping to rest my arms, which hate the "elegant arms" pose, yes they do.
